這座位於北威爾斯 Trevor Basin 的雕塑，就在著名的 Pontcysyllte Aqueduct 附近。作品以磚塊、石材、鐵器、鎖匙、鏈條等工業元素拼合而成，呼應這一帶昔日的煤礦、煉鐵、製磚及運河運輸歷史。工業革命期間，運河並非今天的觀光景點，而是運送煤炭、石灰石及工業製品的重要物流網絡。如今斑駁的磚石與生鏽鐵件，反而保留了一種很原始的質感。旁邊的 Pontcysyllte Aqueduct 建於1805年，連同周邊運河於2009年列入 UNESCO 世界文化遺產。我喜歡的，正是它的 rawness。
